Does anything in our lives happen by chance? Are we led to follow a designed plan? And whose plan is it? Kevin, a gay high school senior about to enter medical school, is compelled to write a term paper about the psycology of stroke victims. During his research, he meets a quadriplegic man named Brian Scott, who has retreated into the depths of his mind for solace. As the bond between them deepens, Brian, with the help of the young eager Kevin, rediscovers his life. An unusual twist of events leads Kevin to understand the true meaning joy, grief and total love. He learns that our lives are a journey, not a destination, and we must accept the good and the heartbreaks with zeal. Passion is what drives our lives and leads us to our destinies. Was it all by chance or was it a well designed plan; but why and by whom?
