Can the fantastical designs of Spanish-American architect Tomas ever be built? Everyone scoffs at the thought until Tomas meets Hassad, a self-made Moroccan, heir to his familys dubious export business, and the most beautiful man that Tomas has ever met, who offers him unconditional love and support. A supposed straight man until then, Tomas succumbs to Hassads charisma to the point that he has to decide whether to come out, both sexually and creatively. Hassad, in return, faces the challenge of learning how to make a commitment. Set in the late 1970s, a mentoring and loving relationship builds around this unlikely couple, but it is eventually devastated by Hassads sister, Kenitra, Tomas insecurities and a little Moroccan mojo.
